However, due to the large number of calls and e-mails we receive, our policy regarding consultations is as follows: The fee for a consultation either in person or via telephone is normally US$150. Consultations last for up to one half hour. The fee must be paid prior to the consultation. It is the potential client's responsibility to contact Rambana & Ricci, P.A. at the appointed time. If within one business day of your consultation you decide to hire Rambana and Ricci, P.A. to represent you, the consultation fee will be credited towards the legal fee set for the services we are to provide. |

| My husband hired this lawyer when he first came to Florida to help get him his green card. BIG MISTAKE! We paid him over $5000 and once he received his payment we were no longer a priority! did not answer calls, said would send letters but no proof that he did. The firm refused to file a lawsuit for us and Neil refused to speak with us, we had to deal with all the legal flunkies who know less than a rock! I ended up doing the lawsuit myself and got my husband his green card. No thanks to this firm or Neil Rambana! When asking for our files back from his office.. one of the flunkies told me that would cost $75!!! they are my papers! Haven't I given you enough money to do nothing?????? STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

I called Rambana & Ricci in a panic a couple of months ago. I had an urgent situation and they were able to answer all of my questions over the phone quickly and professionaly. What a relief!!
I have been trying for years to acquire my alien status with no avail until I was refered to Rambana & Ricci. What a blessing. They were professional, courteous and extremely knowlegeable. I am proud to say, because of them, i am Florida resident. Thank you |
